We currently support PDF files only for uploads.
Yes! You can submit pitch decks by emailing them directly to [email protected].
How it works:
- Attach your pitch deck as a PDF to the email
- We'll automatically analyze it and add it to your dashboard
Requirements:
- Available on the Essential plan and above
- Only one PDF file per email (multiple attachments are not supported yet)
- The sender email must match your Raisebase account email
Typically a few minutes, depending on pages and concurrent uploads. The status moves from pending → success; if it times out it becomes failed.
Right now, only one document per pitch deck is supported.
Multi-file per deck is on our roadmap and coming soon.
No. Each user has their own chat session per deck. We don’t persist long-term chat history for the deck dashboard.

You can choose the output language of the AI analysis. We currently support English and German.
The preferred language can be selected in your user settings and will be applied to all new analyses and chat responses.
We treat your data with confidentiality and care. Your pitch deck remains your property and is used solely to analyze and deliver your insights — not to train public models.
You keep full control: share only what you need and delete content at any time.

No. Your content is not used to train public models. It is only used to process your requests and to improve product reliability.
Yes. When you delete a deck, we remove the file and all analysis data generated from it.
We follow best practices (least privilege, audit logs, encryption in transit/at rest). For DPAs or specific needs, email [email protected].

Payments are handled via Stripe (major credit/debit cards; other methods by region). Invoices are emailed automatically.

No worries—this is usually easy to fix:
- Refresh the page and give it a moment.
- Check the file: It should be a PDF and not unusually large/long.
- Re-upload or try again a bit later (during peak load).
