By accessing https://www.raisebase.ai (the “Website”) or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Our services are offered exclusively to business users (B2B). By creating an account or subscribing, you confirm you have authority to bind your organization and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Use of the Website
- Use the Website only in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
- Keep credentials confidential; don’t share paid content or access outside your organization.
- Don’t interfere with security, probe systems, or disrupt service operation.
- We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if misuse is suspected.
User Accounts
You’re responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all actions taken under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Intellectual Property
“RAISEBASE” and all related marks, content, analyses, data models, and visuals are protected by intellectual property rights. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Plans & Billing
Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual terms. Prices are exclusive of taxes.
Charges are processed via Stripe at the start of each billing cycle, and invoices are issued electronically to the billing contact you provide.
- Billing cycle: monthly or annual (prepaid).
- Taxes: added where applicable.
- Invoices: delivered via email in electronic form.
Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term.
You can cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and charges.
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew and you won’t be charged again.
Partial/prorated refunds are not provided.
- Cancel anytime → access continues until period end.
- No further renewals or charges after the current period.
- No partial/prorated refunds.
Upgrades & Downgrades
Plan changes take effect as described at checkout or in the account UI.
- Upgrades: May start a new billing cycle or become effective immediately (details shown at checkout).
- Downgrades: Typically apply on the next renewal date to avoid disruption.
- Any price changes will be communicated in the UI before confirmation.
Disclaimers
The Website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, or that content will meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss). Our aggregate liability to you in any calendar year is capped at EUR 5,000.
Data Protection
You remain the controller for content you upload. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide any data to us.
Third-Party Links & Integrations
Our Website may link to third-party sites or offer integrations. Their content, policies, and availability are outside our control; use them at your own risk.
Changes to These Terms

Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by Austrian law (excluding conflict-of-law rules and the CISG). The exclusive venue for disputes is Salzburg, Austria.
